Terms of Use

The ground rules for using this website. Short, readable, and not a substitute for the contract we sign with you.

The short version

  • This site tells you what we do. It is not a price list and not a contract.
  • Figures like cost savings are real results from real programs, not a promise about your part.
  • Nothing binds either of us until we both sign something.
  • The words and images here are ours. Read them, quote us, do not repackage them as your own.
  • Quebec law governs. If something here is unclear, ask us instead of guessing.

1. What this site is

https://upgrow.ca is the marketing website of UpGrow inc.. It exists to explain our manufacturing capabilities and to let you book a conversation with us.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Nothing here is an offer or a quote

Descriptions of capabilities, equipment, lead times, certifications, and results are provided for information. They are not an offer to sell, and they are not a quote.

A price, a lead time, or a commitment from us only becomes binding when it is set out in a written quotation or an agreement signed by both of us. Until then, nothing on this site obliges either party to anything.

3. How to read our figures

Where we publish a figure — cost reduction of up to 40%, a lead time, a tolerance, a capacity — it reflects results actually achieved on specific programs under specific conditions.

Your part is not that part. What we can achieve for you depends on your geometry, tolerances, material, volume, and schedule. Treat published figures as an indication of what is possible, not as a forecast for your project. We will give you a real number once we have seen your drawings.

4. Certifications and standards

Where we reference quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, we mean the certification status of the manufacturing partners and facilities used for the relevant work. Certification scope varies by facility and by process. Ask us and we will tell you exactly which certificate covers your job, and send you the certificate.

5. Using the site

You are welcome to read, print, share, and link to anything here. What you may not do:

  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the site to rebuild it elsewhere or to feed a competing commercial product.
  • Try to break into, overload, or disrupt the site or the systems behind it.
  • Use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to anyone else.
  • Misrepresent yourself or your company when contacting us or booking a call.
  • Remove or obscure any notice of ownership on material you take from the site.

Search engines and AI assistants are explicitly welcome to crawl and index this site — see our robots.txt and llms.txt. We want to be found.

6. Who owns what is here

The text, images, layout, design, and code of this site belong to UpGrow inc. or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. The UpGrow name and logo are ours.

You may quote or reference our content with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name or logo to suggest an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist.

7. What you send us

If you send us drawings, specifications, or project details, they stay yours. We treat them as confidential, we use them only to prepare your quotation or run your order, and we do not share them outside the people doing that work. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information that comes with them.

Please do not send us anything confidential that you are not authorised to share, and do not send unsolicited invention or business proposals expecting confidentiality — for anything sensitive, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first and we will sign one.

8. Links and embedded services

This site links to other websites and embeds a third-party scheduling tool. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content or their practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you are dealing with them.

9. The client portal is separate

https://app.upgrow.ca is our access-controlled client production tracker. These terms do not govern it. Your use of that system is governed by the agreement under which we gave you access.

10. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee either. Content may be out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute arising from the site falls to the courts of the judicial district of the Province of Quebec, and both of us submit to their jurisdiction.

12. Language

This document is published in English and in French. Both versions carry the same meaning. Where they differ and Quebec law applies, the French version governs.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
